Order Fulfilment Make Simple
1. Get Started
Once you are happy with information we have provided, open a new account here. You will need to top up your Prepay account so that fulfilment fees will be deducted when we process your orders.
2. Upload Product Data
Before you send any products to our warehouse, upload product details to the Inventory portal within your account's control panel. You can either upload product data using a CSV file or individually.
3. Ship Products to Us
You can arrange goods to be shipped to us directly from your suppliers, or send us your existing stock. Every item arrived into our warehouse will be checked for quantities and damages, if any.
4. Test and Go Live
Before you go live with real orders, you can place dummy orders at your selling channels to test our integration without goods being dispatched. Once tested and go live, we will fulfil your sales order.
