You pay only for the individual services you need, for as long as you use them, and without requiring long-term contracts.

One Fulfilment offers you a pay-as-you-go approach for pricing of all your order fulfilment and storage services. We do not imposing minimum order volumes. Our pricing is similar to how you pay for utilities like water and electricity. You only pay for the services you use, and once you stop using them, there are no additional costs or termination fees.

We don't impose minimum order volumes. Your fulfilment fees is based on how many orders you process each month.

Step 2: Packaging materials & postage

Different products require different packaging materials and our packing team is experienced in selecting the best method and provide extra wrapping where necessary.

We can supply mailing bags, padded bags and cardboard boxes. You may use your own branded packaging (service charge apply), or supply us with pre-packaged products.

Postage calculation is based on weight, size and destination. Please contact us for rate cards.

Step 3: Storage requirements

Each product SKU will need its own storage location to pick items accurately. Storage is charges by the size and quantity of pick bins you may subscribe.

For example, if you have 200 SKUs, you will subscribe to 200 pick bins of your choice of bin sizes.

Step 4: Additional Services

  • Promotional inserts include adding a leaflet, catalogue or small gift.
  • Inbound shipment handling involves checking, sorting and storing all items.
  • Return processing involves checking and processing items (add to inventory, disposal, return to you or rework).
  • Special assignment include processing your items at £19.00 per hour.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is storage not charged by the pallet?

In our fulfilment centre, products are stored in pick bins so they are easy to pick. Charging by the pallet is not accurate and can be expensive as the stock level lowers. We calculate storage costs based on the size and quantity of pick bins you have subscribed, so that we never charge you for part filled pallets.

Can I use your fulfilment centre for storage?

We don’t offer the long-term warehousing and storage. We provide pallet storage service for your excess stock. When stock level in your pick bins getting lower, we can move products from pallet to pick bins according to your instructions.

Do I still have to pay when we are on holiday?

Our fulfilment fees are charge per order. When you are closed for holiday and do not make any sales, you don't pay any fulfilment fees or postage, but only the subscription fee for pick bins. If your e-commerce website is integrated with our fulfilment software, you may choose to continue selling while you are away. Sales orders generated from your website and other online marketplace will continue to be fulfiled by us.
