Open an Account

Upload Products

Upload your product details using a CSV file or individually. Barcode is not mandatory, as not every product has one.

Ship Products

Send us your product directly from your supplier or from your existing stock. Let us know your inbound shipment details.

Shipment Report

Once your shipment arrive, we check it, sort it and store it in our fulfilment centre. We will notify you any abnormally.

Test & Go Live

Test your account is fully integrated with your sales channels without dispatch orders. Go live once you are satisfied.

Pick, Pack & Dispatch

As the orders come in, we pick and pack your orders according to your instructions. We ship 95% of orders same-day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are all products need to have barcodes?

We understand that not all products have a barcode, some products you may have manufactured yourselves or assigned a manufcaturer to make them for you. While barcode help improve fulfilment efficiency and accuracy, we do not insist on all products having barcodes. To help us identify products, a SKU (stock-keeping unit) or barcode is necessary for each product and must be clearly shown on the product packaging.

How soon my orders get dispatched?

All orders we receive by 3.00pm are dispatched the same day. Using historical data and information provided by you, we can scale-up (or down) our operation to allow for seasonal changes or an increased order volumes from your successful marketing campaigns.

What if I forget to top-up my Prepay account?

You can configure your account to automatic top-up your Prepay account using the on-file credit/debit card or from a PayPal account. If we failed to collect fund from your financial source, we will contact you immediately to make sure your orders are fulfiled without delay.

Can I track my parcel?

Our software has integrated with all the couriers and postal services that every parcel is allocated a tracking code. This means we are continuously and automatically updated of all tracking information. With API integration your e-commerce site and online marketplace, tracking information is also updated automatically. So emails and updates to your customers can be set up to automatically trigger when required.
